Meditators Meeting

Meditators Meetings in Central London are there to support people currently practising Transcendental or Vedic Meditation.

These sessions last a couple hours included Meditation, Mantra Checks and opportunities to ask any questiones you may have (Advance Techniques also available) .

Online Meditation Meetings

Those who can’t make our In-Person sessions in Central London you can have access to our online sessions 7 days a week.  These take a similar format to our Tuesday Meetings but via Zoom For more information please contact me at book@andreberrymeditation.co.uk

TM Saturdays/Rounding Days

Once you have been practising for 3 months you can gain access to our ever popular TM   Saturdays. These Rounding Days include Group Meditation Checks followed by Yoga, and then upto 5 Rounds of Meditation.  A Qi Going/Gentle Exercise/Energy Awareness session takes place after Lunch.

A selection of snacks to munch on throughout the day. Cost just £45 or £105 if purchasing 105Club (giving you access to 3 sessions over 18 months).  To book, please contact book@andreberrymeditation.co.uk

Retreats

We offer a wonderful variety of retreats across the Country. Many of which are run by highly popular and experienced TM Teachers.  These sessions usually last between a weekend and a whole week and offer Yoga sessions, Group Meetings, Group Meditations, Nature Walks, Delicious Food & lots of Deep Rest.
